Ants guide to loads of money and 99 smithing lvl

hi i found out a great way of makeing money on runescape while getting your smithing lvl to 99. What u do is buy iron ore on g.e for max price and buy coal ore on g.e for max price then smith the ores into steel bars---this gets u the xp--- then smith the steel bars into cannon balls because they sell for more. if u cant do that then just sell your bars -----u average 150gp extra per bar then what u payed for the ores!!!------If you are a low lvl and are not able to make steel bars this quide can work with bronze bars aswell all u have to do is buy copper ore and tin ore then smelt and sell

Dont forget to get double your coal ore then iron because u need 2 coals and an iron to get 1 steel bar

Well im not sure.. so im gonna buy 2k coal and 1k iron and tell you what the profit is and all that jazz.

With the iron... rings of forging i bought 100 for 110k... pretty good value once i'v used them all.

dont forget its not iron bars it steel u get 100 percent of the bars back

It will take an enormous amount of time to get 99 smithing that way. I recommend making the steel bars into cannonballs, for extra exp and more money.

u get more xp but u lose money

No Ant, Gribbz is right. By making the steel bars in cannonballs you actually end up making more money as well as more xp. A steel bar sells on the GE currently for 603gp. Cannonballs sell for 191gp each, and you get 4 balls per steel bar, making your total 764gp. So by making cannonballs you get much more xp and profit 161gp more.

it's true, plus you will have more of a chance selling the cannonballs than the steel bars.
